Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹5000 within India.

Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination country and customs regulations. Typically, international orders arrive within 10-20 business days.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order status on our website under the “Track My Order” section or via the courier’s tracking portal.

Delivery Conditions

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
  • AYC Gift Shop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs and Duties:

  • For international orders, customs duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • AYC Gift Shop is not liable for any customs fees or delays caused by customs procedures.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the package is undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for orders that need to be re-sent.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
