Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Any items listed on our website
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@aycgiftshop.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@aycgiftshop.in for assistance.
- For size or color exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
